In accordance with the standards of confidentiality set down by the National Constitution of The Australian Justice Tribunal, absolute confidentiality will be observed by the Directors, Secretary and other Officeholders of the Company, its Controlled Corporations and Councils including auditor, trustee, agent, accountant or whomsoever having access to the transactions conducted by the Company and the private nature of all matters being dealt with on behalf of Associate Members, Donors, Complainants and ongoing Clients, unless such information need be made public in a court of law or under compulsion or obligation of law or made available to third parties in the interests of Associate Members, Donors, Complainants and Clients with their consents.
