It is this new (post incorporation) National Constitution that will not only detail our incorporated status as that of a 'special purpose public company limited by guarantee', but will allow the Company to seek endorsement by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) as well as being Income Tax Exempt along with GST charity concessions and capped FBT exemption.
