"There is no crueller tyranny than that which is perpetrated under the shield of law and in the
name of justice."
Charles de Montesquieu,
1689-1755
One of the most tragic miscarriages of justice in Australian legal history has impacted on the life of Henry Keogh; a man convicted of murdering his girlfriend, Anna-Jane Cheney, and sentenced to 26 years imprisonment. He has served 17 of those 26 years.
We would ask readers to familiarise themselves with the following websites and view the 60 Minutes and Today Tonight programs contained within those sites.

It is essential for The AJT to commence holding fundraising events throughout the State of South Australia. Funds raised will be applied to the legal costs of setting aside Henry Keogh's conviction and retrying him in light of fresh evidence; evidence that has, so far, been wilfully ignored by the Supreme Court of South Australia, making it impossible for natural justice to be granted to this man's life, and that of his family.
These fundraising events will be listed on this page for the purpose of advertising contact details, venues, types of events, and guest speakers - Keep watching.
We would urge all caring Australians to donate to this cause by going to our Donations link on the main menu.
