"There is no crueller tyranny than that which is perpetrated under the shield of law and in
the name of justice."
Charles de Montesquieu,

Complaints will only be accepted if the conduct in question is directly causing you, or has caused you damage emotionally and financially. For example, any person who has been, or is about to be wrongly jailed (gaoled) is a matter of immediate concern to us. Such a complaint would need to be backed with a claim or claims of wrongdoing on the part of government agencies (including police), forensic experts, expert witnesses in general, prosecutors, etc.
However, your complaint may have arisen from a civil matter, not criminal. But irrespective of which jurisdiction, you will be asked to provide evidence that you are incapable of affording legal representation and that all previous avenues of legal redress have been exhausted.
And your complaint must be kept to no more than two pages in length. A more extensive submission from yourself may be called for in due course.
All matters will be treated in strict confidence. Please indicate in what professional or other area you have been denied or are being denied justice. The following areas are an indication only:
Please email the condensed version of your complaint - no more than the equivalent of two A4 pages - to: The Secretary, admin@TheAJT.org (no attachments please) or by mail to: The Secretary, The AJT, PO Box 1020, Hyde Park Qld 4812.
Thank you in anticipation of receiving your complaint; a complaint that will, once again, reinforce the need for The Australian Justice Tribunal's pro bono services within our nation.
My Sincere Regards,
Garth Eaton
National President
